It definitely could be a negotiating ploy, E.J. Craig's agent told our friend that the Avs were planning on benching him
before he got hurt, trying to diminish his perceived value. I feel bad for Craig, I think he has proved himself enough over the last 3 seasons that he shouldn't be getting dicked with like this.
