Almost done


I was going to take some pictures of teh finished product, but unfortunately the ribs didn't make it that long. By the time I got to the nieghbors house, the feeding frenzy was in full swing. Finished the evening up with a couple more fince cigars and sampling a couple of bottles of 18 year Scotch and a 27 year old Scotch (!!!)
