Re: What's your "MONEY" cigar?

ERDM Flor de Llaneza, though now that CA ranked them in the top 25 of 2008 I probably won't be able to afford them.

I am a recent convert to the Taboo twists, especially that Toro Grande!

My First Taboo Twist (and my first review)

For my Secret Santa, RUJohnny99 was generous enough to send me a Taboo sampler. Included in this was a Twist Toro Grande. The other night, a buddy of mine and I went out to the man den to enjoy the...

Re: Which Taboo Twist size do you prefer?

The other night I had my first twist ever, a Toro Grande, and man was it a fantastic smoke! I'm normally a torpedo guy, but if you've got the time, go for the gusto!

From a pure entertainment standpoint, I'd give this one 5 stars. Just sit back and enjoy for 90 minutes.

Anyone made jerky?

As I was herfing in the man den last week, my buddy and I were talking about foods that would go great with beer, cigars and movies. Naturally, we hit on beef jerky. We could go out and buy a bag of...

Re: Eight O'Clock is Consumer Reports Best Buy

I've always liked the Eight O'Clock coffee... and to me it always tasted best when my aunt used to make it in the percolator.

They're one of the few places I know of that sell the ERDM Flor de Llaneza. I've been buying those from Lew since the early 90s. I also visit the Paramus store sometimes when I go see the folks.

Baseball Glove Relacing

This year for Christmas, Santa brought my 8-year old son his first catcher's mitt -- a Rawlings SLCM. It's small enough where he can start to squeeze it, and big enough where he can use it for a few...

Twelve years ago today, in Voorhees Chapel at Rutgers, I said "I do" and started my life with Denise. It was, in the words of Denise's late grandfather, "the coldest damn day of the year," and if you...
