What will you...

Re: Ubuntu!

So, what are your thoughts on Unity? I'm not digging it, so I'm running Lubuntu 12.04 on my netbook and Ubuntu 12.04 with Gnome3 on everything else.

Re: Homebrewers - Whats in the fermeter?

To me Rice adds a bit of "insipid" to the flavor profile. I just didn't care for it personally. I used Flaked Maize (Corn) and there is no cereal mash needed. Just through it in with the rest of...

Re: Homebrewers - Whats in the fermeter?

Nice job on your RIS attenuation! Looking at your CAP recipe, where's the 6 row brother? I'd take half of that 2-row and sub 6-row and then sub Pilsner malt for the other half. :banger 6 Row...

Re: Homebrewers - Whats in the fermeter?

Just my :2. You might want to wait to dry hop until primary fermentation is totally complete. I'd rack to a secondary and then dry hop; while raising the temp slightly. c02 will carry most of the...
