1) what does the state law say about smoking establishments? What are the requirements to be able to have a retail shop and lounge?

This line of cigars is blended by a local Naperville, IL man named Luj. I would consider his line of cigars ultra boutique. There are at least 4 blends in his line and 2-3 sizes in each blend.

Yep...that is the old crew. No longer there.
It will take a bit and some honest positive reviews to correct that Yelp and Google ratings.

I took a Princess Cruise a few years back. i was able to smoke on my balcony as well as smoke in the cigar lounge/bar that was part of the casino.

I hope they kept it the same way.
