I just replace the burrs on my Rocky grinder. 25 year in, figured it was about due... Grinds so much faster. Should have done it 15 years ago!

As others mentioned, thank God all is ok. I would schedule a check up a chiropractor to make sure there is no damage. Whiplash and the like can take a couple of days to show up.

Neat to revive this thread. Picked up a BMC with Campy Chorus 11 and DT Swiss wheels. Love the bike. Very short wheelbase and some pedal overlap, but am use to it now.
