The one of your daughter is great! The emphasis (rule of thirds is helping you here) is on the main subject and there isn't any clutter in the background, it is well exposed and focused. Good...

Buy the 50D or D90 and spend the extra on better glass. That is my opinion. You'll keep the glass for much longer than the body. :tu

Just finished As They See 'Em: A Fan's Travels in the Land of Umpires" by Bruce Weber. Great book. If you are a baseball fan, read it.

I am making a very quick business trip to Boston, leaving tonight on a red eye (flying out of Seattle). I wish I had time to smoke a few with some locals but business agenda takes up my only evening...
