I do have one (at work), but I don't use it much.
I've got the one where you use ground coffee, and I can't get a decent espresso flavour - it's more like an intense drip filtered coffee then...

Why not buy a cheap pen and put a Mont Blanc rollerball cartridge in it?
Otherwise you are paying for an expensive holder.

At the moment I'm working my way through a tin of "Crumbs of Comfort".
It's made by Wilsons of Sharrow, and has a spearmint, rather than methol flavour.
