We offered this coffee (along with Beloya)for four consecutive years. Outstanding cup.

Our cup today was Ecuador Gold Cup winner (Nogal/Benedicion). Red bourbon and typica beans. Awesome.

I've never used one, but it seems a fine grind would be a plus. If not, use less water, adjusted to your desired strength.

From UB: One other tip....try letting it rest longer....put it away until next week. Then try it.

Ethiopian Tchembe. Banana peel, strawberry (just at the point where you bite into it but it needs about two more days to ripen) dry cocoa. Nice.

There are so many factors that can detract from that fruit component. Weather, storage, processing that never seemed to get in the way of IMV. Good luck on your search.
