Re: Vintage Colibri lighter - weird butane refill port??

Most larger butane cans come with 6 or 8 adapter nozzles molded into the lid, best to pick up a can and just see which one fits best.

The red cap could be storage for spare flints.

Re: Freezing Cigars For Beetles? What do you guys think?

On a serious note, while the manufacturer might freeze, they are freezing in a climate and region where the beetles are prevalent, and the cigars or their packaging can be contaminated after the...

Re: Freezing Cigars For Beetles? What do you guys think?

Most NC cigars are frozen also. Either by the manufacturer, importer and even some of the large retailers (IIRC, JR cigars has their own shipping container sized blast freezer).

Re: What's the deal with Cigar price drops?

Rocky is an interesting guy. When his stuff is on, it's solid. When it's a victim of over production, it's mediocre.

Cigar preferences and perceptions aside, I give him credit for being one of...

Re: Freezing Cigars For Beetles? What do you guys think?

I freeze everything. Residential freezers fluctuate in temp quite a bit and it takes time for the center of the box/cab to drop to desired temp, so I leave them in the freezer for a week or so (no...

Re: Flavored VS non flavored.

IIRC, aren't the Blondies a more full bodied ("stronger") cigar?

And, FWIW, there is nothing artificial in ACID cigars, all the flavors are infused from natural oils - kind of like aromatherapy,...

Re: Flavored VS non flavored.

Some flavored / infused cigars do use artificial flavors, some do not, I would only call those artificial when they are flavored with such.

I don't know the Juan y Ramon line, but in looking it...

Re: Flavored VS non flavored.

Also depends on what type/brand of flavored cigars you are smoking. Some of them are over the top flavoring. Some are more subtle. If you are used to the syrupy flavors, then yeah, it might take...

Re: Famous Nic 3000 - still got it...kinda.

I know the feeling, until you mentioned the X and Fuentes debacle, I thought these were the ones that were originally made by Pepin Sr.

This is about the smallest one I can think of offhand.
Back in August of last year they could be had for $125 (free shipping) with a coupon code...
