Re: Absolutely floored...

Okay...so Patrick is being waaaaay too modest here. I send him a little bit of tobacco to enjoy. And then he crushes me with a bunch of cigars that would make your jaw drop. Like serious, can't find...

Re: Quantity or Quality?

$495 will get you an excellent box of Esplendidos. But in time, it'll just be an empty box and some good memories. Or you could get a custom made pipe from Rad Davis that'll outlive you. All...

If you don't have access to a buffer, then check out the brands Paragon Wax & Halcyon II Wax. Halcyon for rusticated and sandblasted pipes, Paragon for smooth. Really nice products for people without...

Re: Rant: Cigar Bums

It's not the fact that someone is an experienced smoker. And it's not the fact that they might finish the cigar or only smoke an inch. You give because you want to give. You give the best you have,...

Re: Outsourcing pipe restoration?

I've used George at Precision Pipe Repair and can't say enough good things about him. Incredible work. You might want to check and see how long of a wait. After the great write-ups on Greg Pease's...

Re: Tattoo Artist+Shop suggestion in FL?

I'll second Scott's (Eleven) thoughts and take it to the next step. People don't mind spending their money on cars, big screens, watches, cigars, whatever. And then they go and price shop for...

Re: Help Stop The Pipe Tobacco Tax Increase

After what they did to the roll your own folks, the pipe smokers will be next and I doubt they're going to stop there. The cigar community, myself included better stand up and take notice.

Re: Zaya Rum

Not sure why it's blasphemous. At bare minimum there are as many lovers of Zacapa as there are for either version of Zaya. If you're lucky enough to find the fully wrapped bottles you'll change your...

Re: Tequila - Which 2 of these would you buy?

Re: NHL '08- '09 Thread

I'm thinking the Canes-Pens series will come down to what kind of job the Cane's defensemen do in the crease. Against Boston they gave up so many opportunities when the man that's supposed to be...

Re: NHL '08- '09 Thread

Not sure which player you're watching. I see him backchecking, forechecking, and for the most part working his butt off. Except for the times, and they can be a lot sometimes, when he stays on the...

We're talking about the next level here. Blairs, Mad Dog 357, CaJohns have hurt me many times. No matter how hot you think you can stand, there's stuff out there that's just wrong. Hard for me to...
