Easy to just do short ribs with a few tablespoons of wine and spices/herbs of your choice at 250F. Once soft, take out of dutch oven and run through broiler to get some color. Cook down the juice...

I have a Bachelors... Double major in Pol Sci and Philosophy. 2 Worthless majors IMO. If I were you, I would do computer science, cyber security, finance, or Asian language studies...
