i got tired of not knowing how much water was left in the tank without opening it or playing guess it's weight. Also, Winnipeg winters are dry, I even put a humidifier on the furnace to help with...

I have a closet I would like to convert to a walk in humidor. I will install a proper door of some sort on there,as it is now just a sliding door.

Nothing to be ashamed of, I tried the same thing. it was just too cold here, and with an uninsulated garage, it was impossible to keep it comfortable.

Awesome info....

I will install an exhaust system of some sort in the spring, it's just too cold now for a job like that. I'm hoping the fan in the window will provide sufficient exhaust for now....

OK, I think the short term plan is one of those dual window fans for now, with some sort of ionizer/air purifier. I'm going to look around locally, the exchange to U.S. is brutal right now.
