You know Tom I hated IPA's too, until I tried M43. It's not your typical west coast, piney IPA. It's a New England style IPA (NEIPA) and very much tropical in flavor. I still can't drink one right...

Had a local butcher shop cut me a tri tip. Turns out it was from a Wagyu steer. :tu. Was a small cut though, about 1.2lbs. Sous vide it at 127F for 2 hours with salt, pepper and a couple smashed...

Just know you will have some fluctuation as things stabilize. All depends on how dry/wet your cigars are and any boxes they may be stored in. Don't fret it.
