I was there in 2011 and had no issue. (Other than the cocktail service being slow as s---)

I don't chew on it, but I will put a cut one in my mouth at work sometimes and just draw on it to get the "essence" of the tobacco. Usually right before I go out to smoke it during lunch or after...

Rhumbar is imo the best place on the strip to have a cigar. The selection is smallish, but the atmosphere blows Casa Fuente away.
