Thanks for the link Bob, that looks pretty cool. Never done any cold smoking, think it's about time I take a look at it.

Yes it is. Seems to be accurate, I use a 2-probe temp gauge, one for the meat and for the box, seems like the Tel-Tru is pretty spot on.

Thanks Jason. I was worried about it being top heavy and it is a little. Smoker weighs 115lbs and it would be better if the legs flared out a little to help keep it stable, but I won't move it too...

Thanks Steve, it was good, not my best, I think it was the rub I used, wasn't the best one I've used. My mom and in-laws and family loved it, so I won't complain to much.

75 degree weather all week, on vacation = time to fire up the smoker.
