Last time we smoked wings, we threw them in the air fryer to finish them up and give them a little crisp.
I haven't done wings with Sous Vide but I will now after seeing these Ben!

I also have one ... started last fall and it is now reaching critical mass. Need more chances to get people over to share it with.

Started mine with a couple ounces out of the majority of each...

Not sure if there are enough of the bolts or they are up to high but you could put the bands around them on the surface and set a glass top or plexiglass top on the bolts themselves so the band are...

It took a lot of courage but I did give it a try. Not as bad as I thought it would have been, but I wouldn't go as far to to call it decent or good straight. Mixed the raining with a little Dr....
