Happy birthday Catfish!

Looks like he visits here some but hasn't been an active poster for a long spell. Hope all is well and he has a great day.

Re: What’s a good birthday cigar

One thing about Padron: If you like the way they taste now, you won't be disappointed over the years. VERY consistent in their blending, and rolling too, for that matter. Keep in mind that's not just...

Re: Hi im new

Hello. I live in the Cincytucky area, land of three great weekly herfs. The best is going on right now, at Beer Sellar in Newport Kentucky. Yes, we're legally smoking indoors. The other venues are...

Re: The "I'm tough" winter smoking thread

I live about seven miles from northern Kentucky, which still has some indoor places that are cigar friendly, or at least tolerant.

Got travel plans to the Cleveland area in a couple weeks though....

Happy birthday, Stogieman!

Can't believe this thread wasn't started already.

So, you hit the 60 year milestone? For the next decade you can call yourself a sexagenarian. (People tell me that word sounds more fun than it...

Re: Red's Fans Check in

Reds introduce their new manager this morning. A nice diversion from wall to wall coverage of last night's Bengals debacle.

Re: The 19th Hole

Be honest: Am I the only one who thought this description of the golf course made it sound kinda sexy? :r

Re: Red's Fans Check in

No, but almost everybody here in Cincytucky enjoys having three ways. (Chili, spaghetti, and cheese. What did you think I was talking about ?:r )

Re: physiognomy, Buckeye Jack and Mr.Maduro!

I echo the happy birthday greetings, but...have never found a champagne/cigar pairing that was worth a dang.-(P

Re: Scrappy

This story reminds me of that scene in "The Naked Gun", when the whole stadium, even the announcers, were fighting. :D

Re: Cigar friendly vs. cigar tolerant.

Since 2007, Ohio has been a lost battle, in the war of legal indoor cigar enjoyment. I don't want to lose Kentucky as well. Hence, my post.

Cigar friendly vs. cigar tolerant.

I live in Ohio, which is pretty non-smoking, but close to northern Kentucky, where the rules are up to local government and/or businesses. So, I try to hunt up cigar friendly or at least tolerant...

Re: Second Firearm Thread...

The Walther PPQ works fine, and is pretty accurate thanks to the very good trigger. If I do my part, that is.

Re: Second Firearm Thread...

Just picked up a Walther PPQ (M1) 9mm yesterday. Low miles used, previous owner had put Trijicon HD sights on it, and there were 4 magazines in the box. It pays to at least consider buying pre-owned,...

Re: 2018 MLB Thread

Reds looked even suckier than that against the Mets today. Stephenson, just called up from AAA ball, gave up a four pitch walk to the Mets' starter today, while bases were loaded. Reds radio...

Re: Ronson Jetlite still around?

Just now checked a Walgreen's. Good news? They have the Jetlites. Bad news? They're six bucks instead of the Walmart price of $3.50.

Not the end of the world, and what the heck, there are...

Re: 2018 MLB Thread

Reds face the Mets in NYC for a few games. Could be spectacular..like the time I saw a train derailment.

Re: Thought for the Day

"If you don't like the music, talk to the organ grinder, not the ****in' monkey!" has been one of the best pieces of advice ever given to me.

Re: Ronson Jetlite still around?

They seem to be all gone now. Looked around hard the last couple times, at different WM locations. Asked a manager, she indeed confirmed the Jetlite is no longer an inventoried item. I didn't bother...

Re: Red's Fans Check in

Are you at least winning "Split the Pot" raffles at the stadium this summer, elderboy02? Not much else to go there for.

Re: 2018 MLB Thread

Reds are starting the post-All Star break half of the year as badly as the beginning of the season. Phillies lit them up for seven ("Yeah, seven, that's the number") home runs last night, with three...
