Burundi from Gacokwe station. American roast. I've been drinking almost nothing else for weeks now. Perfect blend of bright acidity and smoothness.

Ethiopia Harar OCFCU (Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union) American roast. It's got that berry/winey thing going on like the best Harar does. And it's fair Trade. Gotta like that.

My local roaster's "Illuminator" espresso blend. In the moka pot. This moka pot might be the most bang for the buck of any coffee related product I've ever bought.

Mexico Cristal roasted to two levels french roast and vienna. Almost a sweet nut and chocolate flavor.

Outstanding. The fruit of the harrar comes through but the cup has the heavy smooth java to balance. I think I prefer it this way to having the blend mixed before roasting.

Sulawesi Toarco Jaya micro-lot done in a french roast. Unbelievable. This is the best french roast I've ever had. Notes of licorice - don't look at me like that it really does. My local roaster...

Just finished the last of the El Salvadoran Malacara that I picked up in the recent coffee and cigar pass. It came from from Barefoot Coffee Works in San Jose. Thanks mariogolbee!

Brazil yellow bourbon sul de minas. City roast french press. The beans have a milk chocolate and nut like aroma and the brew is slightly fruit/citrus. A beautifully smooth coffee. Never had this...

That's so sad. The office coffee here is awful. The cafeteria is OK in a pinch. I bring a large thermos from home.

Our local roaster did this in a city roast. Very nice. But he also did a darker roast for espresso. I had one at the shop today - amazing. The bright and almost citrus...

I've been drinking a lot of eithiopian Yirgacheffe "michelle". Don't know what the michelle part is about - I haven't had a chance to ask the roaster I get it from. He does it american roast....
