Maltese Falcon in a little Tsuge brandy tonight... I pulled a few bowls worth & cellared the rest with the hope that the blend marries & looses its rough edges in a few years.

I started to break in my new '95 Dunhill Shell Apple tonight with some Reiner Long Golden Flake. I can tell I'm going to like this little pipe.

Mark, I believe they stopped production some time during 2008. It is one of the few OTC blends I really enjoy.

I pulled a sample jar of MM 965 last night & (after some indecision) settled on a Tsuge brandy... Smooth, complex & satisfying. It also paired very well with the puerh tea I was drinking.

I think I'm finally 'getting' this Escudo stuff (now that my tin is almost empty)... Folded a couple of coins & twisted them into my Jirsa tonight. Topped with some fines it lit right up and smoked...
