Re: What smokes "hit your radar" in 2011...??

BlindedByScience - our taste profiles are very similar - I've enjoyed most of the cigars on your list, and enjoyed them immensely. Now I just need to try the ones on your list that I haven't smoked...

Re: How do you take your coffee?

I said this once to a friend, and his reply was "I like my coffee how I like my women: ground up and in the freezer."

That guy was just too much!

Another budget suggestion:

Re: What are some mild but flavorful sticks?

+1. The Cusano 18 is the cigar that shoved me down the slope...

Another CC suggestion: HdM Epi 2.

Re: Tequila Thread!!!

I'm new to Tequila - I swore it off after vomiting too many times drinking cheap Tequila in my youth. Two years ago went to Mexico and was able to drink all of the Don Julio 1942 I could stand -...

I thought I remembered that somebody was selling replacement foam trays for the herf-a-dor travel humidors... I have a 15-count that the foam is very flimsy, not as good as other brands I own. ...

I love this section, but we don't get much action here. Anyone else know of other good forums for wine and spirits?

Re: Palio Warranty...Customer Service?

I just sent an email to them a few weeks ago, and received a quick reply. I've had nothing but positive experiences with dealing with Palio, even though, for me, their cutter is over rated. :lv

Re: Cigar Punch

I'm another fan of the Xikar punch. I punch the majority of cigars because I find it helps keep the loose bits of tobacco in the cigar and out of my mouth.

Re: Xikar Vs Palio

Any chance someone can post a pic? I have the same problem with my Palio, but reading this description isn't making much sense to me (my wife will tell you that I'm not very bright).

Savinelli 1998 Pipe of the Year

Hey Friends,

I just bought a NOS Savinelli 1998 Pipe of the Year for $100. Anybody know anything about it? Was $100 a good price for this pipe?

Sorry that I don't know more to ask better...
