Brine's are great for birds, It's just the amount of salt and the amount of time they tell you. I always use half the salt of any recipe and 3 hours or so, but using a good brine helps from the meat...

I am originally from guatemala, and Ron Zacapa rum cenatario is around 40 bucks and has won many awards for best rum of the year.... my family has been drinking this rum for many years....

I love this Kuerig coffee machine, and at macy's they sell the donut shop blend and sumatran blend; they are really great, flavour, and no bitterness.

just get a pair of each, i don't like the 48's 49's, love the 46's, 50, 55's, and I like the sharks. As for the Don Carlos god of fire i like the carlito's series, besides the don carlos series.

1492's, 80's davi's are top choices. I might go with the RED HAMMERS MADURO. I don't want to be too over the top.
