Falconer's Flight is a great hop.
Belma reminds me of a more tropical/mango citrus Aussie hop.
Both should be good stuff.

I've got 5 gallons of my Cali Common that should be ready to crash chill tomorrow and I'll be brewing up 10 gallons of Belgian Dark Strong...

It's actually a two-step starter... I made a 1.75 liter and will decant it tomorrow and make a 2 liter out of that.
All-in-all, it's only one package of yeast and 8 oz. of wheat DME for the first...

I'll bring a full 2.5 pound cylinder, plus, we will have a paintball cylinder that we can run up to Walmart to refill if needed.
I'll be bringing 2 2-tap jockey boxes so we'll have four taps going...

Both will be kegged in time for Shack!

Yeah... that great attenuation made a fairly hot beer. We'll see what time does on that.

Primary and secondary are finally both empty.
I bottled my RIS yesterday. It started at 1.125 and finished at 1.020 for a whopping 13.83% ABV.
My brewstand should be done this week. I'll post pics...

My crazy ass RIS is almost ready for secondary. I'll move it next weekend.
I brewed it on 01/02/2011 and it weighed in at 1.121. I added an additional pound of honey after fermentation hit full...

I used yet another method for coffee in my Imperial stouts:

I cold pressed coffee and added it at flame out and it sat through the primary and secondary stages. No coffee aroma due to primary...

Funny, I rounded up and they truncated. My actual calcs were 1.0115 and 1.0145.

That is the most likely thing that coulda done it. Although, you woulda had to have lost quite a bit due to boil off...
