I enjoy it. It has more spice/less sweetness then say Buffalo Trace, my day to day favorite or Basil Haydens, very mild, but on a cool night with a good smoke its one of my top 5.

I was the other half that got an exploded T110....I just cut it and smoked it...it looked ugly but smoked ok....still had a great flavor and mine was much worse then yours. After lighting it looked...

Also you keep harping on the blind tasting....all wine of the same varietal that is from different areas, called AVA's,...

Actually I do know what they are used for...as for a blind tasting I would be happy to...and be able to tell the diffference not only between say a napa cab and sonoma cab but a oakville vs a stags...

Lots of napa wineries also use oak chips for their less expensive wines along with egg shells so its not that Napa makes clean wine its a different grape different taste different expirence all...
