I got a hottop. Used, but supposedly lightly used. It looks pretty new still. Got a deal that I couldn’t pass up.

So I’ve heard. I probably won’t roast anything for a couple of weeks. It’s goong to be negative 10 here tomorrow night and that means my garage will be pretty cold. I’ve beem doing a lot of reading...

Just an update. Got 5 pounds each of natural and washed yirgacheffe from Bodhi. Didn’t use the 10% coupon because the free shipping coupon got me a bigger discount. Should arrive next week.

I certainly don’t plan on making a business out of this, but once I get consistent I’ll welcome your input so I get to drink better coffee myself. :-)
