Easy to just do short ribs with a few tablespoons of wine and spices/herbs of your choice at 250F. Once soft, take out of dutch oven and run through broiler to get some color. Cook down the juice...

There's a ton of bees around my neighborhood, I wonder if someone has a hive nearby? The next two towns to me are both big apiaries. There are signs everywhere not use pesticide because of bees.
