Can confirm bacon pancakes are the best things ever. Place strip of cooked bacon in pan, cover bacon in pancake batter, flip as you usually would and see that beautiful bacon cooked into the bottom....

Another successful pork belly in the books, possibly the best yet. Started with a 2lb belly, coated with salt and pepper then gave it a healthy bath of maple syrup, local honey and some espresso...
