Picked up a 4 pack of Founders, Marvelroast. And imperial golden ale, with cocoa nibs, coffee and milk sugar. Outstanding beer.

Thatís a very good point. You can always look into an Inkbird temp controller to take over the temp controls. Theyíre not expensive and do a good job.

Thanks. Going to do another bake this weekend. Just pulled my starter out of the fridge to feed. Shooting for 80% hydration. Also push the bulk ferment a bit longer.

My friend uses the sensor push in his freezers. Says they work quite well. He needs something reliable when his livelihood depends upon it.

These guys still do it, and a heckuva good job. First time trying it. Tastes similar to their NEIPA, M43. Supposedly lower in carbs. Idk, I just like it.
