A good recent comparison for me recently in an NC is the RP Decade. It was an okay cigar IMHO, but then had a Decade Cameroon, and it was a much different experience, in a good way.

I take it to a sausage guy and get hotdogs and summer sausage made. I don't have a recipe, but I was given goose pastrami. It was very good. Supposedly just a basic pastrami brine.

Recently I've found the RP Decade Cameroon. It has a very nice sweetness to it, and not too strong, but great flavor. Burns and draws like an NC should.

Beads for sure, but I'd also make sure that it is sealed up well. Food grade silicone in the corners and glass edges. Make sure the door seals well and isn't warped. Add a latch or weather...

Dball has a nice fan setup. He has 3 computer fans mounted in a pine trim board that is the width of the window. Painted it white, and it blends right in. The fans are wired with a dimmer switch...

A little array of computer fans in a housing so that you still keep the window mostly closed works well, especially when you can place it in the top of the window. They are fairly quiet as well. ...
