No smoking on college campus?- Any place else?
I am a alumni of Oregon State University. I was on a sports board today and found out that the ENTIRE Oregon State Campus has outlawed smoking of any kind. There is NO "smoking areas" for employees...

I am not sure what the mandatory reporting laws are for PA, but in Oregon, I believe this would not be a crime, but instead a violation. Further, in Oregon, report to your boss is not sufficient. ...
