Re: Anyone Have Direct TV?
I've had it for a few years and have been very pleased with the service. I think during that time I've had one short weather interruption, but I don't get much snow here.

Finished Cross Country by Patterson. Started Time Quake by Vonnegut, but wasn't really in the mood for it so moved on to Naming of the Dead by Ian Rankin.

Re: Anybody use Mozilla Thunderbird?
I use Thunderbird on Windows 7. It works and was easy to set up. I don't really have any complaints about it. For just checking your mail once a week, either of those options would probably suit you.

Re: Te Amo?
Can't help you out on Te Amo, but based on the list of other smokes you enjoy I'd recommend heading over to holt's and picking up a bundle of Little havana overruns. Fumadores and Benchmade would...

Re: ODB-II Scanner Options
In the past, I've gone to an auto parts store such as AutoZone and they've hooked it up and given me a print out of the diagnostic for free.

NC is still cigar-friendly, but only for a few more months. Be sure to check out some Highland and Pisgah beers while you're there.
