Re: Borderlands 2

Played a whole bunch with my Zer0 character when BL2 was first released. Recently started a new game with a Berserker - honestly I'm having way more fun with him than Zer0. Still haven't played any...

Re: Gurkha Holy Grail....

Everybody here has said smoke what you like, which is great advice. If Gurkha's are your thing, that's great, I'm glad you found a cigar you enjoy :)

Having said that, I know personally cigars...

Re: 6x60s - are you a fan?

Somehow I've been deemed the 6x60 reviewer over at halfwheel, and they've all been pretty terrible except the (NC) La Gloria Cubana Gorda Gorda. I actually really enjoyed it. My usually complaint...

Re: Oliva V Melanio Overhyped or As Good as Advertised?

Not over hyped at all, I absolutely love the line. Oliva hasn't released a new line in five years, they took their time and made sure they got this one right :tu

Re: Espresso Machine recommendation

I completely agree with this. If you do have the money (which it sounds like you do want to spend enough), get a good machine. I know mine will break sooner rather than later, at which point I will...

Re: Espresso Machine recommendation

If you're looking to spend ~$500 you can get a great machine for sure. Having said that, I was NOT looking to spend that. I looked at some cheaper options and the best one I think you can buy for...

Re: Games thread!

Really? I dunno, I thought it was nice they made it a little more difficult than BL1, because even on the second (more difficult) playthrough BL1 was a cakewalk.

Sorry you don't like it :(

Re: Games thread!

In games like this (Fallout 3, Borderlands 1, etc) because of that very reason I find myself hoarding everything in the game. It gets bad enough that my virtual homes online could probably go on the...

Re: Games thread!

They mostly start out with only one good stat and the rest are crap. As the game progresses and you get better guns the accuracy/dmg/reload speed/rate of fire/clip size all get better across the...

Re: What cigar did you smoke today IV?

Rank them against what?

If you're talking other NC's that size, they're right up there with Tatuaje Petite Cazadores Reserva. They're strong but flavorful and a nice short smoke.

Re: Show your latest NC purchase III!

$40 to try something that only a few people in the States will get to every smoke? I'd say it's worth it since you had the chance! I've got to smoke one and it was very interesting. Definitely...

Re: Re-seasoning a Humi

With the cup of water in there you'll see a RH spike fairly quick, but if you removed that cup it would drop down again. Leaving it in there for a week or two allows the humidor to absorb that water...

Re: The Case of the Expanding Ring Gauge

I'm not comparing the 50 RG to the largest production cuban though, I'm comparing it to all cigar sizes out there. The whole thing that started this thread though was being flabbergasted about 64 RG...
