Actually, 30 dollar data and 5 dollar 200 texts is in line with VZW. The 20 dollar plan was for the original iPhone, and was because you didn't get a discount on the phone. Everything else...

Is it cold? I mean like really quite cold? That can have an effect on the card (mainly the power unit inside, yes there is a battery in there) that will stop it from saving/displaying photos.

Here's the problem: getting an iPhone 3GS unlocked is a major pain, and nigh impossible. Even if you do get it unlocked, Europe's 3G frequencies are different...
