Re: how low would u go for a cup

I can go without. I do not like coffee house blends, they seem to be rather crappy. I think Starbucks, and their competitors like Coffee Bean, are the worst, especially for the price. Fresh roasted...

Re: Your first cigar

Re: Economical grinders?

I have a $10 grinder from Albertson's, a ProctorSilex, it is quite and grinds just enough for me, since my wife is not into coffee, so something small for a 2 cup is nice. It is an all purpose...

Re: Windows 7 anyone?

Remember Windows ME? It is like Vista, too many problems on a new system, hopefully 7 will be a worthwhile operating system.

Re: Just tried

Welcome to the briar (cob in your case). This is a slope that can be a bit of a challenge to stop falling. I have found that there is no bottom to this one.

Re: Horray Me!!!

Cool, I will be on the lookout for the article. I can get passed the stories and the dress boxes and enjoy their cigars. I also only buy them when I can get a good deal.

Re: New Pipe Smoker With A Question? Ask an Old Fa

Dub's right, check each bag to determine if they are good or not. If the bags were stored in a humid environment, then the tobacco may not be dried out.

Re: New Pipe Smoker With A Question? Ask an Old Fa

Each item listed will store tobacco, but only keep for a certain period of time. I keep tobacco in a bag from the local shop if I can smoke through it within a week or two. Any longer and the tobacco...

Re: New Pipe Smoker With A Question? Ask an Old Fa

There are a few different ways to work with flake tobacco. From my experience, folding flake over on itself and then filling the bowl is easy to start out with, but it can be a bit difficult to light...

Re: Holy Fuentes!

My B&M informed me that the Fuente's are backed up and late on their Opus production this year. Not sure how true it is, but they have been getting a lot more of the Anejo's than they usually do.

Re: Propane Patio Heaters- Affect Cigars?

These actually do affect cigars a bit, it makes it a whole lot easier to smoke when it is cold out, thus making it a better experience. The S.H.I.T. crew sets these up when it is cold out and they...
