You can say that about many teams. ND is not top ten material. But they have a realistic chance of going 8-4 or 9-3 with their schedule, 10-2 if they get lucky. 5-7 or worse is also a possibility,...

I agree, this trend has been going on at least 2 or 3 years before SCHIP.

Just flipping through the CI catalog today and noticed more and more of their cigars are only being offered in 20 count boxes. This is a trend I've noticed from a lot of manufacturers and retailers...
