Only beer I had all weekend was a Olde Hickory Hefeweizen brewed in Hickory, NC down where Greg works.
It was not terrible, but I am not sure it was what I expected. In fact it was GOOD, but still...

I tried to guugle bitburger, and now I realize since there is no Bitburger Kaiser Pils. But now that I think of it, I bet it
was actually Bischoff Kaiser Pils. I think I remember it was only OK. ...

WHEW, used to basically bathe in Bitburger back in my extended TDY in Germany back in the early 80s.
Not sure how it stacks up against the beers of today, but of course the really good ones are...
