My Palio has been cutting smooth since 2011. One of the best cutters I've ever had. Now that the QC has gone down the tubes I'm using it less to preserve the blades.

Hopefully the quality doesn't change. I love my Palio and while I've heard stories that you can send it in and get a replacement for dull blades, I've never felt my blades have dulled. Absolutely...
