I figured I should have pulled it earlier, got to temp so quickly, I should have planned the day of smoking out better. :bh

Did a half pork loin today, had it on for about 4.5 hours for 8 lbs. Pulled it at 160 and wrapped it in foil to keep it warm until eating. Ended up being dry but flavorful. Should I have pulled it...

First foray into pork so far this spring and a full meal besides some wings earlier this year. Two racks of spare ribs, one trimmed down to just the meat on the bones, the other full of every piece...

Your welcome Tabb. I hope it works out for you. I know some of the orchards in Michigan (where I used to live) sold bundles of wood from old trees. Some may even have parts of their land that have...

I use pre-bagged applewood chips with my propane grill and I like the flavor it imparts. :tu

Call the orchard before you spend the time to drive over there. They might already sell the wood, or...
