I technically won 50's but I like the bigger vitolas better and they said they will substitute.

I have smoked one of every vitola from the batch yours came out of and they have been just fine for the last week or so....damn good actually.:tu

Yes and I am currently waiting on a decent resolution. There customer service is not what I expected as others describe. I am still giving them benefit of the doubt.

What shortage? There's new lots almost everyday. Prices seem to be going up slightly which is the intent I'm sure. Looks a bit fishy to me. Unless they get a bunch in bulk and some in boxes.
