Re: Whats in your bowl?
If I didn't hate the taste of the fluid I'd be all over it. For some reason all I taste is fluid when I use zippos. :(

More Haddo's delight in a cob. I have another unopened tin of haddo's that I probably won't smoke. Anyone want to do a trade?

I haven't had any motivation to roast the 9 lbs of coffee I still have. I need to do some roasting. Maybe tomorrow!
How is the peruvian coffee? I'm not sure I've ever had any.

I like the BC a lot and that's mostly burley. The Haddo's isn't bad, it just doesn't wow me :)

Re: Whats in your bowl?
Although I gotta say, the Haddo's is somewhat complex as it bounces from Virginia to Cavendish to perique. I just wish I appreciated the cav flavor more.

Re: Whats in your bowl?
Finally got into the Haddo's Delight. It's decent, but I don't care for the Cavendish so much. I am kind of indifferent. Probably wouldn't buy more.

Finally finished off the Laurel Heights today. I have a little bit of Escudo left and then I'll be cracking the Haddo's I have tucked away :)

Laurel Heights to break in the new Savinelli. It smoked great! Jury is still out on the filter though. Are the filter adapters worth buying?

Re: Whats in your bowl?
Hi Seth, I have 2 tins of Haddo's, but I haven't cracked one yet. Trying to finish what I have open first. I have a bunch of samples that James (WaRevo) sent that I haven't even tried.
I'll try...

Smoking a bowl of Barbary Coast in a country gentleman cob. I played hookie today and slept all morning, so I'm just now having my coffee. They pair well together!

I got a couple new cobs. Another mark twain, but bent this time to fit a churchwarden stem. Also the new 5th avenue diplomat. Just a taller version of the regular diplomat.
I haven't been...

Let me know how you like the BC. I just smoked a bowl on the way in to work and continue to really enjoy it.
Also, since you gravitate toward the English blends, be sure to try GLP's Gaslight. I...

Re: Whats in your bowl?
Ah, I gotcha. I haven't really delved too deep into those, cause it's not really my thing I guess. The ones I've tried were too sweet I guess, which is why I found the BC to be a nice balance. I...

It's a very light aromatic by GLP. Burley based and very tasty. It's not overly aromatic, retaining much of the tobacco flavor and has a good room note. I like it a lot and coming from cigars I...
