I'm sorta miserable. I'm on Ft Lauderdale beach for the week, roasted a pound of beans, forgot the grinder, and am on my 4th day of Starbucks

Second crack normally starts about 2 minutes after first crack has stopped.
It's also the most important time to keep a very close eye on the roast as it's when over roasting and risk of fire is...

I started with a Freshroast and got so hooked, I upgraded to the Behmor, which I bought from Burman Traders.

First class operation and a great roaster with a good sampling to get started with.
