2 kegs popped yesterday so I had the wife pick up AHS Pumpkin Ale kits. Sure that at least 2 more kegs are almost gone so maybe a coffee stout and or Marzen....Who knows?

Yet another air leak ;o( This time it was a main lid o ring. Funny because it held pressure for along time then poof all of a sudden leak. I am finding it is hard to keep track / maintain 12 kegs...

Great minds think alike lol....Sometimes if the hose is just a bit off you can stick it in some hot water to make it fit...I know the hose I used needed this action.

I use a 3 piece airlock and run a hose off of it into a pitcher of idaphor water. You just need to snip off the little plastick screen...

TriCerahops IIPA and Zelos IPA came out of a 2 week ferment and have been carbing in the keg for about a week and are pretty damn good. Still think I like the flavor profile of a more citrus based...

Another thing he could do with the pre boil 2.5 gal is to freeze it (after boil) and then add this to help the other 2.5 boil mash come down to pitch temp quicker. I hate waiting ;o)

Update on my air leak....After spraying all 8 fittings on the dist air bar and the regulator on the tank I found nothing...yet I was still leaking gas. So I took all of the gas...
