Found this at the supermarket for $6 last week. Normally it’s $12+ for a bag. Bought 3. Went back yesterday and it’s...

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
Got this yesterday. Third bag I’ve had of this roast. Delicious, reminds me of the coffee on my trips to Brazil.

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
When I was roasting at home, iirc, I’d take that right to second crack. Maybe even just shy of it. But that was a long time ago and I no longer have my notes. So take it for what it’s worth.

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
A mix of the Brazil I roasted earlier this week and some Sumatra beans from a local grocery store. The Sumatra has toned down the very light roast I did on the Brazil. A little sweetener and some...

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
Jamaican BM. Wow, just plain wow. This is even from a light roast (used the wrong program on the Behmor). Can't wait to see what it tastes like with a slightly darker roast.

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
I don't really try to think about resting times honestly. I roast about one 1/2lb batch a week and drink it every day until it's gone. So I get to see what it tastes like as it progresses over time....

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
So I've come to the conclusion that I don't like Starbucks coffee. Had a few while out of town as its the only decent cup in Buenos Aires. And that's not saying much.

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
I had the last of a batch of SM's Monkey Blend this morning. Makes a pretty decent regular cup. Roasted off half a lb of Burundi that'll get sampled tomorrow.

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
Thanks for this post. I've been debating getting a Behmor myself. After 4 batches in the popper yesterday to get about 9.5oz of beans, it starts to become a chore.
