Opened bottles only become an issue when they are less than half full. Too much empty space in the bottle starts to affect the juice.

I picked up the Angels Envy and saw this bourbon too. Any good? It caught my eye but I've had bad experiences with beer companies making booze.

Found a new (to me at least) liqour store near my house and they have the best bourbon collection I've seen around these parts.. I think I'm going to try that Makers 46 and pick up some Jefferson's...

Speaking of using Bourbon in a mixed drink..
A couple weekends ago I was making Whiskey sours and used Ancient Ancient Aged and they came out great. The stuff is cheap but it definitely worked out...

Bought some Jefferson's reserve this weekend! Cannot wait to crack it open. Wanted the Presidential Reserve but at 94 bucks I shied away :(

I got a bottle of Elmer T. Lee and Ancient Ancient Aged from TPS :tu First time I had Elmer T. Lee and it was delicious. Can't wait to try the other stuff!

I'm not "experienced" enough yet in bourbons to appreciate this Jefferson's Reserve Presidential Select but I had some Baker's over the weekend and it was very tasty. Very nice finish and Smooth!!
