Honduran mahogany is different from African mahogany. I do not know if they are interchangeable. There are a couple of threads on walk-in humidors. From memory most use veneer for walls and planks...

Both solid planks and spanish cedar veneer plywood are available at most specialty wood retailers like Rockler and Woodcraft. There should be one within reasonable driving distance. :2
