I've used an Xikar for many years, I have no complaints thus far! Their customer service is second to none. But, with that being said, I have also used a Palio and think it has a phenomenal cut....

I have a couple of Xikars and love them. Not to mention their customer service is top notch! One of my cutters didn't make it through a long weekend and ended up in very bad shape. I called Xikar...
