I roasted a 1/2 lb of Colombian Supremo yesterday for a package going out. Gonna do some more today.....getting a little low on fresh roast.
I want to do one of these today....any suggestions?

I had some Guat Hunapu that I had roasted on the 23 of Dec...very dark, probably the edge of Vienna. I just start drinking it again (Broken French Press) and it is soooooo good.:dr...

Looking really, really good, very even roast. Most of the chaff is roasted off--maybe (like you said later) a longer roasting time will cause those beans to open...

Hey Shane How I cool my beans is I use 2 hand held metal strainers and more the beans back and forth over a fan.....
BUT FIRST because the beans are still cooking even after they are out of the...

This still needs to de-gas a few days but I had a cup this morning and it was Good!:noon
