It was a Cascade dry hopped version of their...

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Schlafly's seasonal AIPA.
I've had it on tap the last couple weeks, but tonight I go for the bottle.
Albert knows what I'm talkin about... a VERY solid AIPA.

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
mmmmmm, looking at that picture, I found myself licking my own glass.
Too bad mine is nowhere near as tasty as yours.
I just have a blonde of my own making.

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
I stopped by Schlafly's taproom on the way home for a pint of Cask Coffee Stout.
It was underwhelming. However, my second try was their Dry Hopped Märzen. Wow! A totally great, new twist on an...

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Arcadia Shipwreck Barrel Aged Porter.
This is a damned fine beer.. Inexpensive too! $5.49/12oz. is reasonable compared to some equally good beers.
This has got to be in my top three ever porters....

Suckin back a 2006 Schlafly Oak Aged Barley Wine.
Damn good... Great nose and mouthfeel, but finishes really dry and fades quickly.
It may be on it's last leg.

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Green Flash Hop Head Red Ale.
I've never had it before.
Not overly bitter.
Tastes like it has a ton of late additions and is moderately dry hopped.
Great hop balance, The Red underneath still...

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
I've been doing that for some time now also.
I also have discovered the keys to succeeding at failure.
Last night I had 2 Schlafly Pale Ales and a bottle of my own Light Lager.

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Based upon that evaluation I suggest you stay clear, very clear of Founder's Cerise.
Not a stout.
Not Good.
I bought a 4 pack and threw two away.
