If you're picky and you'll be doing mokapot and espresso service (and don't want to be upgrading soon) I would suggest you lay back and wait for a Rocky, minimum, to fit the budget.

I'd say it depends what you're grinding for. If espresso, the KitchenAid might be the lowest end of the field but I only say that from reading what others have said. If for mokapot, press or drip...
