I'm a fan of the V-cut. I go back to it a lot after straight cuts- I find it is cleaner and leaves fewer shreds of tobacco after cutting.

Back when I lived in the pacific northwest I really liked Full Sail IPA.
IPA's are a bit more rare down under, but James Squire makes a decent enough IPA.

I don't about syncing with iTunes, since I don't like iTunes and wouldn't sync with iTunes even if I had iTunes on my computer.
And yeah, the NUMBER of apps in the app store is quite a few less...

I don't find iTunes a useful program. It's buggy and bloated, slow, and I like to drag and drop files to my phone/mp3 player- which I couldn't do with my iPod.
